A carriage horse collided with a car at 4:20 p.m. at Columbus Circle, the Fire Department said. The scanner-monitoring service Breaking News Network is reporting that the horse ran amok, struck the car, continued on to 57th Street and Ninth Avenue, where it was captured and tied up but remains distraught and struggling.
